We only ask for one condition to be met by our customers.

If you have arranged a date and time for us to collect your car, that if you decide to change your mind, which that you are completely entitled to do, it is your property after all. Please inform us as soon as you can, giving us a minimum of one hours notice.

This is to stop our agents wasting time driving to you to collect when it was needless. Failure to do this could result in a £50 administration fee for an abortive call out.
